Built in 1907 and originally known as the Hotel Leo, this 17,400square foot property is a 4-story building constructed with wood and steel with a concrete foundation in a Georgian Revival architectural style. In 2017, the property became know has The Kinney Hotel.

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is the master tenant, which began its tenancy in April, 2012. The current five-year lease is in place until June 30, 2026, including a 5-year option to renew. LSS serves as transitional and short-term housing services for adults in hopes of providing a clean and safe space to help with stabilization of their lives with the long-term goal of permanent housing.
